I have hired a few lawyers the years to handle different legal issues and Roy was easily the best one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable- all attributes of a good attorney. And he was very accessible- phone, email, office meetings- which was ideal for me. He was very fair with his pricing. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, which isn't true of some attorneys. I highly recommend him.

This man is a life saver, i walked into his office as desperate as can be seeking answers and professional advice as the mother of my child was trying to relocate to another state with my son. He assured me of my rights as a parent and all the procedures and steps that needed to be taken to move forward with this case. He has been accessible at all times to reach , what mainly not only shocked me but caught my attention is that Roy doesn't believe in assistants or paralegals he personally addresses every call to his office not like your typical high horse lawyer nowadays that you cant ever speak to on the phone. Roy has been very professional, firm and very respectful he was very involved in my case also felt like a friend was consulting me at times. He was concerned always if the mother was allowing me to spend proper time with my son needless to say this case didn't even make it to court before everything reached a settlement.

Very unprepared although charged multiple times for reviewing of file. Even double charged for items, and when brought to the attention of his office, they say he did review twice, and the proof I have is a line in his notebook with my name. When asked to speak with attorney , the girl in the office said I couldn't speak to him about billing. Worthless, don't waste your time and effort in using him!!! If I could go back there are many better opinions, sometimes like they say the cheap options end up costing more.

No one ever wants to hire an attorney, but when you do you want to hire someone that treats you like a person, not just another file number. Roy Foxall was great from start to finish. I got right in for my consultation. He advised me how we should proceed. Most importantly, he took the time to listen. He didn’t rush me in and out like other attorneys I have met with. He is aggressive when he needs to be. He was very knowledgeable about the subject. He took my case personal and was by my side every step of the way. I am truly grateful for his work on my case and his efforts in resolving this difficult case. I will definitely refer him family and friends that need legal help.

Arrives unprepared to court - had to ask client for copy of paperwork that was left behind.Makes no effort to do the right thing by not removing a lawyer that is a friend of the paintiff, then says reason given for removal request is not good enough. Gave wrong advice when he believed the paintif violated a court ordered only to be told by Judge no order was violated. May be one or two other things but can't think of them at the moment.

I'm in the medical field and was referred to Roy b/c of his reputation. My case lasted a year and involved complex issues of custody, alimony, and business valuation. My contact w/ Roy or his office was almost on a daily basis and I was completely satisfied w/ the outcome, his services, and his staff.
