Filed lawsuit on my behalf in District Court regarding title to real estate but failed to record Notice of Pendency as required by Nevada Revised Statutes. Property was lost to another legal challenge because Notice of Pendency was not filed. INCOMPETENT!!!

Tisha has a straight forward approach. She is sometimes difficult to get a hold of but is fully engaged when we speak of my case and strategy. She can be very aggressive when it calls for it but understands when to turn it on to best serve clients. I felt that she and her staff are very knowledgable and client oriented.
