Diane Wittenberg offers terrible customer service. She was supposed QDRO my pension and I didn't hear from her for 8 weeks. When a called her office I received a recording that she will be out of the office for 4 more weeks. She cost me over $10,000 in pension money that I could have received for the lost time. In addition, she sent me a bill for $700!
