Please do not have this woman represent you for anything. She is a deceiving, gypsy that does not deserve the title of being an attorney. She has her thieve boyfriend to help her along with crimes of taking advantage of people. she took $5000.00 for retainer for failing to show up in the court. I fired her. Later she came up with all kinds lies regarding meetings and expensive phone calls that never occured. I took the case to an orange county judge. Little did I know that he was also in on Kate's game. When I got out of the court room,Kate ran after me and grabbed my purse. Scairing the heck out of me. She horrified other clients also that didn't know the system very well. I will never forgive this wan who robbed me of $15,000.00 and more in causing to get ill. I hope that Kate Rinaldi and her "thief" boyfriend Jack, will die a slow death. She charged me almost doubled what my new attorney charged. Right after I paid her retainer a woman was in the lobby getting her files to move to a different firm. When I saw the same woman in the lobby she told me that I just made the worst mistake by going with Kate. Several months later I saw how right that bit of informas was since I was told that I needed to pay even more money before the first court appearance. The attorney I retained after I wouldn't pay Kate more money went into court and had the judge require the other party to pay legal fees and that new attorney made things happen. Kate left me hanging and the attorney I retained after her did the actual work and produced results. My new attorney said that Kate could had just stuck it out and asked for attorney fees which would had eliminated the need to keep trying to pump money from me since my income was a lot less than the other parent's income. I cannot recommend Kate.

Kate Rinaldi is a terrible attorney. Charged $425.00 per hour and none of the orders have been followed by the other party. When I have called to notify that the other in contemp she says "You had a baby with her, what do you want me to do?"

Kate completely took advantage of me and did nothing for my case. She put a huge lien on my home for no work completed.. My worst experience with an attorney..

Kate Rinaldi did a great job on my case. I love how agressive she is. She handled my child support case and I paid nothing because she made his father oay her 5k...he cried like a baby. He makes plenty of money and had paid me 0 until Kate ripped his lawyer a new one. She is GREAT!

Ms. Rinaldi and her firm represented me in our divorce about six years ago. What impressed me most was her no-nonsence, right-to-the-point approoach in her work. She was very straight forward with me right from the very start. She was the second attorney I retained and was able to take over my somewhat messy case without much delay. It was a most painful period in my life and that of my two very young kids, and being able to have confidence in my attorney's integrity, knowledge and strength was so important. Ms. Rinaldi is very passionate about not dragging out the divorce process but unluckily for me, the opposing council was not. I will not say that we won because, in a divorce, no one wins and it's always the children who loses the most. Through it all, I am very thankful that someone referred Ms Rinaldi to me and now, I have no problem in referring her to those in need of a good attorney. Thanks, Kate! M(SL).L.

Her firm representated us well, on getting full custody of our son. The court date went extremely smoothly, and we got more than what we bargained for. She works on a no interest flexible payment plan for all families that can not afford to pay up front.
