Mindy Montecalvo was contracted to help with an illegal foreclosure on 12/12/15. We continued to be harassed by the mortgage companies local counsel for over a month afterward. She didn't respond to voicemails or emails regarding this matter until after we were able to get 3rd party verification that she had not even submitted a letter of representation with the court until after a dozen, increasingly frantic emails, only to say that she couldn't continue to represent us. All she had to do was send a one-line response, but apparently $3000 upfront isn't enough to get her to actually do any work.She clearly knows the subject matter, but she's either ridiculously lazy or completely disorganized. Her flunky, Beth Moura, is just an idiot who will sometimes claim to speak for the atty, while at other times she'll claim that she's independent of her.
