David was referred by several attorneys. After meeting with him, he seemed confident he could get my case done quickly and turn things around from the prior attorney. He also seemed knowledgeable. When I would ask him questions via email, I would only get a couple word or if I was lucky a sentence response, if a response at all. After 2 court dates, he made things even worse for me. He claims to be a good attorney, but based on his results, I would disagree. He stopped responding to my calls and emails. He hides behind his assistant Courtney, so you can never get him on the phone. He wanted another retainer after burning through the first faster than my prior attorney. A bill was sent by his paralegal Courtney, and I had some questions on it. Then he just quit and filled a motion to withdrawal. I tried to speak to him, but he wouldn't talk to me. He left me high and dry taking my money, making my case worse, and unresolved. I cannot recommend David.

If I could give negative stars, i would. Originally the contingency of hiring DelRe was that he represent my case, not his associate Kat Allen. He assured me he would represent, which was a compete lie. The case has been ongoing for almost a year and thousands of dollars later, nothing has been accomplished. David never once worked with us as he promised, he passed the case to his associate Kat. She does not understand the nuances of child support calculations and was completely at a loss when up against opposing counsel.

Guy is total joke. He is definately a bottom feeder, praying on low-income people. Once he gets his retainer, you'll never hear from him again until your case is called. He'll show up unperpared and you will lose. This happened to me in a child custody case. Worst even is that he does just enough to not be labled completely incompetant so you will have no grounds for appeal based on his work. He was cheaper than most but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!
