I completely disagree with the prior review posted here. Bill knows his stuff and is very honest about it. He cares about his clients and will not drag you through courts if he knows that the jury will not give you money. He was my lawyer for a car accident case and I am very happy with the result. He didn't over-promised what I could get and delivered on his promise. He has great staff working with him too.

The other ins co already admits fault and made low offer. But this atty told me my case cannot be won in court because Mainers are unemployed, non-working and do not want to give money to someone else if they can't have it themselves. Unprepared: he had to leave the room to read the police report. Stubborn: He was hung up on a supposed 9 month gap in my medical records which I cannot find. He told me that because I have prior injuries and disabilities that the accident, in the eyes of the court and jury, never happened and that my new injuries are too intertwined with my ongoing disability. He interrupted me. He was rude to me. He triggered my PTSD - if he had read my records he would have known that I have PTSD which is an anxiety disorder. He adamantly refused to believe that a bubble can exist inside my spinal cord. Here's scientific evidence: http://ispub.com/IJA/19/2/6881 I had a witness with me. Overall energy is negative, biased, prejudiced and hateful.
