I never actually was allowed to speak to Lisa because her receptionist Ronnie always would respond with..She is in Court and will be out of the office. Calls were always directly sent to voicemail telling you they would get back to you in 1 to 2 business day's. I hired my divorce attorney to handle the case with lisa but you only actually get responded to by Ronnie a qualified receptionist NOT an actual paralegalto properly handle filing important documents correctly and to promptly respond to email's sent by not just yourself but in my case by my hired attorney since my ex-husband refused to cooperate since our divorce. She responded to my lawyer and myself saying that errhmann and Associates had received no payment from my ex-husband in agreement to pay half of the Dro's filing fee's. After corresponding with my lawyer and being told by Ronnie no check had been received we filed for contempt only to arrive in Court and be shown by the judge errhmann had cashed it 2 months prior!!.

would NOT recommend Erhmann. Poor customer service. Little or no useful advice. Relieved Erhmann of service following continued inaction.
