Des has been working tirelessly on my case for the last 3 years. From our first conversation more than 3 years ago, Des was empathetic, kind, and most of all supportive. He has been my best advocate and always manages to amaze me with his professionalism and dedication to protecting my best interest, and in turn my children's' .
Talking to Des is like talking to a great friend. He is genuine, thoughtful and always positive. Without Des on my side I fear that the outcome could be far different and my life would not be the same.

Des Kolke is efficient and reliable. He's confident and realistic. He kept the expectations for the outcome very real and he was right. The other side offered to settle but when they started asking for too much, he was quick to draw the line and jump back in the fight. I just wish he responded to communication sooner and updated more often. Although, he said no news is good news and if I didn't hear from him it's because there wasn't anything to hear yet. it's just hard to wait sometimes.
