Attorney Robillard had excellent knowledge of the facts pertaining to my case, and does work very diligently. Also, Attorney Robillard was very careful with billing/fees; Very grateful for these attributes. The one aspect which nearly outweighs the 'good' is Attorney Robillard's 'people skills'. Very rarely, during any conversation would Attorney Robillard permit me to complete my sentence as I was often abruptly interrupted to question the validity of my statement, or conversation. Too often, I would merely sit across from Attorney Robillard and not speak for fear of being reprimanded. It was impolite, and nearly hostile. (Emails became the best form of communication). Preparing for trial is stressful and stenuous for any client. Attorney Robillard truthfully added to this level of stress with a 'smartest person in the room syndrome'. Best advice for Attorney Robillard..., Work on your, 'bedside manner', show more compassion for your client, and become a better listener; (Talk less!)
