Had the paralegals do all the work. Forms were not filed timely, delaying needed surgery. He charged me for records I had supplied. When we tried to file complaint with the disciplanary board it was turned down. Even though his negligence was admitted. He also stated that the other party had to win some because they often worked together.It took 3 years to settle a case that should have been completed in 12 months as judged by several other attornies. Taking personal calls from his son during depositions, allowing paralegals to draw conclusions of law, not too mention overcharging. Hw used to be a good lawyer now I would not let him practice ANY LAW.
