Worst attorney ever! Runs his mouth, uses unethical practices, and is a total jerk of a man. He will tell you he has been doing this for 29 years and four with his wife, but he handled my case so poorly. I have made sure my referral source deleted his information, and trust me other person...I did not have it coming from the beginning. Mr. Jenkin is full of false promises and greedy ways! If you use him be very careful that you document everything he does because in the end IT WILL COME BACK! Notice he always has a come back and he never lets you get a word in...he lied to me and manipulated every possible situation we faced. I honestly can't wait to see the BS response from one of his "clients" on this...it appears him or his wife are the so called "clients" responding. Watch your pocket book, and again document document document everything! He made an unbearable situation even worse for me and my family and he was my legal representation.

Mr. Jenkin just won my child custody case for me and trust me it was some work. He had excellent communication with me and my family. He stood his ground and he has a "WE CAN DO IT" attitude. Anyone speaking negative on him or his practice had no chance in the first place. I would reccommend his services to anyone. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Jenkin for all that you have done for me and my family.

I wrote to him and called him and he did not do what I asked. He wrote letters to me and charged me for each letter even when I asked him to stop and wrote a letter telling him I wanted him to stop. Not good for a single mom attempting to obtain child support. He charged me more than what I was owed in back child support.

He never remembered what was going on with my case, when we got to court he seemed lost. I wouldn't recommend this attorney.

He can barely see so I had no confidence that he knew what he was reading, and was very rude. He was good about calling me back, but the calls were hurried and he barely addressed my problem and then would just hang up.

Mr. Jenkin is a hard charging, agressive attorney. I retained him for my divorce, in which my ex wife thru everything that she could at me. He helped me thru my long drawn out case, which ended up working towards my favor in the end. Mr Jenkin can be alittle abrasive and grumpy at times, but in all my experiences he was making sure it was all for my best interest. I would highly recommend him for any family case matters and is not shy when he goes in front of a judge. He will do everything that he can, to fight for your rights in court.

I retained Mr. Jenkin to defend me in a divorce proceeding. I checked with a friend who is a general practice attorney and he recommended Mark Jenkin without hesitation. I met with Mr. Jenkin and was impressed with his no nonsense - get it done attitude. Because of Mr. Jenkin's efforts and tenacity my situation improved greatly and it worked out very well for me. Mr Jenkin always took my calls when he was available and when I left a message he returned my call very promptly. Mr. Jenkin has been doing family law for many years and has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on the subject I observed this first hand when handling my case. Overall Mr Jenkin is a serious, no nonsense and extremely competent and talented family lawyer. I was very satisfied with the results of my divorce trial and was extremely glad that I chose Mark Jenkin to represent me.
