This "attorney" only wants the money. He did not fight for the things that I needed, offered no settlement to the opposing party and went to court unprepared. I had to retain another lawyer who is trying to clean up his mess. Horrible!! He doesn't return phone calls or emails, but will make sure to charge you for them. Stay away from him!!!! Spend your hard earned money with any attorney who will work FOR you. This attorney's best communication is when his staff (wife) is asking for more money. Otherwise, you will have to hound him to speak with him. Tom Tierney is ALL TALK, NO ACTION!!!! The word disappointed does not even scratch the surface of what I think about his performance.
