Gail is losing her edge. Her work products have typos and mistakes rendering them useless. And she's not responsive to email. We got as far as hiring a new attorney and then she tried to win us back (with more documents with basic sloppy mistakes). My family was with her for years but she's losing her edge if she ever had one. Not impressed. Sloppy and the estate work did very, very little to protect the estate. Poor advice.
