If he was appointed to you by the courts due to indigency,be ready to lose your child(ren). Regarding custody matters or DCF matters Atty.Morana will NOT fight for you. Do not be surprised if he gives DCF false information to use against you to drag out the case and make more money.
He will drag your case through the courts at a snails pace. He will ignore your calls. He wont let you examine case file/DCF records on you and your family which you have a right to obtain and possess. Doesn't do what he says. He forgets all the time. Dont be surprised if he nods-off or falls asleep while you talk to him.
He serves his own interest and the interests of DCF. HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN. He is a liar.
He'll violate attorney/client privilige.
Do not trust this atty. He is only interested in fundin. Complain to the Board Of Bar Overseers if you find him ineffective of which I am sure you will.
