On a personal level Mr. Butterfield is great. I enjoy speaking with him. However he has often ignored direct questions I ask. Even though the same questions have been asked on more than one occasion. He and I have had many sit down's to express my concern with his performance. That too, goes ignored. The bulk of our experience has been letters back and forth to each other. He has told me he will do certain things, but has not. He has done reasearch on materials he has had in his file for 2 years (I provided him) Recently we went to court, and to this day I have been unable to get the answer to this question. "Exactly what are we doing and what do you hope to accomplish?" More than Two weeks ago I sent him a letter.....Please answere the questions I have asked, or file the paperwork to remove yourself from my case. Please advise me of your decision. LOL He has yet to respond. LOL
