This attorney arbitrated a case involving myself, and the city for an error involving the city. The city stopped deducting funds from my checks weekly for 3.5 years, and adding to them to pay for my retirement. I have been an employee for the city for 18 plus years. Somehow the city dropped me off the radar, and I lost 3.5 years of service with regard to the NHRS retirement system. This attorney made the city liable for less than the employee for the mistake. This attorney also allowed the city to not pay the full amount owed, and allow the employee to repay the city over at least the same time frame of 3.5 years. This attorney did not hold the city accountable for its mistake, and by rule, placed the employee at more risk, and financial burden. It is for this reason I believe this attorney is not honorable, and or logical. The city can afford the burden, the employee cannot.
