We recently used this lawyer and he was impossible to contact. Even after paying him 850.00 he never once returned over 10 calls. He did not try and proceed as we discussed before hand and waited until 10 minutes before the case to proceed as we had discussed. He just accepted a deferred prosecution which we could have done without any lawyer in the beginning. Very disappointed in his communication with us and his overall desire to help. He simply acted as if he could not be bothered with our case. I only wish he had said so in the beginning and we would have chosen someone who might have fought for us. He simply showed up in court and did what he wanted to all along..again something we could have easily done with out an attorney. My biggest complaint is that he simply was unreachable and did not return any phone calls. He post-poned the case two times and still never adequately prepared or met with us. I would never use or recommend this attorney.
