He is a joke! Horrible to work with, nickel and dimes for everything and a bit more digging shows he is trying to short sale his property. LOSER is all I can say about this lawyer. Trust these reviews and NEVER HIRE this guy...ever!!

This office is the worst ever! He handled my bankruptcy ok but we paid a good penny for the foreclosure and he has done nothing but one response. Al's secretary, called me a liar and told me they no longer wanted any correspondence from me. She yelled at me! I only snt them 3 email in 2 years! All my contact with this office has been via email because they dont call you back and you still have to follow up with them several times via email to get a response. I have emailed them with several questions, that most atty's would answer, and he will send you a one line email 'dont worry about it'. Once he said for me to ask a question I needed to pay him 300.00 an hour for questions! I had already pd over $1100.00. I advise that NO ONE use this office.

this practice is cheap for filing bk, however you must do all your own legwork. friends who have filed have been shocked to find out how much i have had to do. so far all they have been good for is transferring my work into a word document. the staff there is extremely rude on the phone. the front receptionist has no qualms about insulting you. i had a legal question that arose from a conversation with his receptionist about my bk and she would not answer it and cheneler would not call back. finally after a week i get to speak to him and all i got out was a hi, then he proceeds to tell me off bc his receptionist said i got into it with her. which i didn't. rude, rude, rude people. trust me and pay the extra 200 to get an attourney who will be more professional and do all the leg work for you. personality counts, and trust counts when someone is handling a case this important! i have neither for this firm!!
