Horrible lawyer with no moral fiber. Lies in the courtroom to win her case. Do not waste your time or money. My 14 year old son had his first drink of alcohol at one of he Kentucky Derby parties. Areal class act!

McCain is a great attorney if you want karma to come back and bite you. She went above and beyond to complicate every situation, especially when it came to the children. DO not waste your time. You'll end up doing more work than she does. In the end no one wins when using McCain as a family attorney.

Did a back-door deal with my attorney without my knowledge then passed a fraudulent check to me - a situation I am still attempting to clear up. Unethical is the name of the game.

This women should never be trusted with anyone's case. She ruined my life. She is the sole reason that I am pursuing law. She is under educated, and has sent a good person away from their family while she collected money and lived lavishly. just hope she can live with herself, because she is an awful human being.

Maggie is a fantastic attorney. She handled my case perfectly. I have a small business that the other half wanted to ruin. Maggie took care of that quickly. I call her a Pit Bull in a good way. She won every aspect of my case. The best divorce attorney I have ever been associated with. Bar None. I don't what lawyer the other ratings are talking about, they must be confused.

Maggie and her staff are absolutely amazing! I have unfotunately been put in a situation to need a Family Law attorney multiple times and I trust her wholeheartedly. I originally began with another firm and still regret that choice to this day. Wish I had went to Maggie like I was advised from the beginning.

This attorney is a disgrace to the profession. She will blatantly lie and fabricate stories to win her argument, regardless of fact or truth. She is disrespectful to opposing parties and counsel, and wholly unprofessional in the courtroom. It's surprising she's still practicing law with all of the reviews here in regard to her conduct. It's time for clients to file formal complaints to the bar...

horribly inadequate attorney who lies, cheats you out of your money with very little knowledge of fl law.doesnt return phone call, forgets conversations and has to be continually reminded...complete waste of time and money

Very impressed. Mrs McCain is a excellent divorce attorney. Not only did she take in account my needs, but more importantly she made sure my son was a top priority for both myself and my soon to be ex. I feel we both ended with a fair and workable agreement. I highly recomend her to anyone that is going though this very hard time.

This lawyer is all about the money. She will lie and cheat her way through a courtroom and even convince her clients to lie through suggestion..."If you testified...you can win.". I tried multiple times to gain custody of my daughter and failed. Okay, so I lied trying to get her, but she got paid 1000s and I got nothing.

Find someone else that will represent what "you" want and not be steered into how much Maggie wants to make off your divorce. She will attempt to spend every last dollar of her client's money with by false promises. There are a number of better attorneys to represent you and your case in the Vero Beach area

I watched in disbelief as this attorney called herself as a witness to the court
and "lied" under oath. In my opinion, she committed fraud and grossly
disrespected the court, Judge, and what our country stands for. I feel that she
has no business selling herself as a family law attorney. I question how she
acts this way when she has two children, and a husband on the school board of
the county that she resides in. What a phoney! She is one that gives attorneys a
bad name.

Mrs. McCain is not a lawyer you would want to represent you if there are children involved. her objective is clearly driven by money....NOT in the best interest of the children. She needs a refresher course in family law ethics. She has repeatedly enabled her client to force me out of my childrens' lives and also prevent necessary medical and dental care. Just the opposite of the State of Florida's guidelines for shared parental responsibilites.

Maggie has a fire, a passion that is fun to watch. She's real -not an intellectual juggernaut - but she is REAL, interested and involved. She's a little skewed emotionally,but she is the kind of woman you PREFER on your side. Besides that, she is appealing, sweet, and a truly good person. KP
