Over-Bills Then Sues Client. Was dishonest with his billing. Fees were off the chart totaling almost $200,000. Divorce after a 20 year marriage as a stay at home mom resulted in NO ALIMONY, NO CHILD SUPPORT, NO LIFE INSURANCE, LESSER HEALTH INSURANCE with this attorney's representation. Dishonest with a financial mistake that he made in regard to division of assets. Used associates in his office to double, triple and sometimes even quadruple bill for the same wasteful tasks such as "reviewing unspecified documents, 'organizing' unspecified documents, preparation for depositions that were never performed, etc. Slapped liens on property and sues his client afterward even though he received tens of thousands of dollars - substantially more than his work was worth.
