Complete lack of knowledge and expertise as trustee. Poor communication- can never answer a direct question. From a legal standpoint, totally unprepared to properly execute deceased clients will amendments.

Multiple mistakes and typos on documents. She does not appear to check her assistants work. Also did not seem prepared for initial meeting even after we had submitted all the required questionnaires to her office. Would not recommend.
