Extremely bad Lawyer. Can’t get her information correct and her grammar and spelling is horrible. She bullies other Lawyers to get what she wants and is extremely unprofessional. She loves to spend your money and go to court which is extremely expensive. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM OR LAWYER

This woman is ridiculous. Evelyn Rayson is the most dishonest human being I have ever met. Her office is so incompetent that they frequently send me private documents for other cases that are completely unrelated to mine and she frequently skips meetings and runs out of court leaving clients without representation. Do not not hire this firm.

Evelyn represented my ex wife. I can't comment objectively on her work as the recipient of my ex's unpleasantness, but I can say that Evelyn is a good human being who clearly tries to inject humanity back into an ugly process. If you don't like her I'd guess it's because you cannot hear the truth about your positions, despite how gently she will handle you. Either way she did a good job being a thorn in my behind and handling a very unreasonable client to a settlement.

The only good thing I can say is that I retrieved my file before she could put a lien on it. She didn't return calls, was walked over by opposing lawyer, and had her assistants do most of the work.

Evelyn Rayson, Is straight forward and honest. She is compassionate and reasonable. She knows her stuff and knows how to deal with irrational apposing lawyers. We need more people like Evelyn in our legal system.

She is the absolute best Lawyer I have ever met. I have been in a dispute with my ex for 6 years and have gone through 4 lawyers prior to meeting Evelyn and she within a short period of time put my ex in her place and rectified my problem. She is truthful, knowledgeable, honest and extremely loyal to her clients. There are a lot of crybabies on this site but if anybody thinks that going through a divorce is a walk in the park they are delusional. Getting a divorce is a very hard road to go down and if you want the truth about the process price and aggravation you will be going through give Evelyn a call she is my savior.

A few years back, my sister was searching for a lawyer. I went with her the first time she met Evelyn Koln Rayson. We both thought she was the best!! She gave my sister hope and said that she would get her what was coming to her even if she had to take the other party to the Supreme Court of Canada. So my sister took her and paid her very hight salary for the work she did. She is very good with numbers and explained everything and what she had to have according to the Ontario family law. That where it started and where it ended. What she did is took away from my sister everything she could and left her with sweet nothing. (discusting) If you need a lawyer steer clear of Evelyn Rayson.

Evelyn Rayson talked me into private mediation in order to expediate my case however she had her assistant do all the work and when it got to the mediation she didnt know much about my case. she also does not call back in a timely fashion. Find a beter lawyer

Absolutely an phenomenal lawyer! Very upfront about what to expect in the legal process. Fantastic in court, very well prepared, questions were undeniably powerful, very professional, handled situations that arose with the best plan of action to ensure success, maintained and offered a sense of calm even in the face of great challenges. I would highly recommend Evelyn Rayson.

RAYSON Let the entire process drag on for way longer than necessary (by about 4X). Had her assistants doing most of the work but was certainly not reflected in her over inflated bills. The outcome could have not been any worse. I was was unrepresented, I would have fared better and would have come out with more than what she got for me (nothing). DEFINITELY not worth half of her rate as a lot of her errors, oversights and incompetency was pointed out in the final decision as well as reflected in same.

Appeared professional the first 2 months however, lost interest as the process took 2 years and did not appear to have full control of the case. Although we had the initial lead and strength in case, my ex's lawyer took over the lead and walked all my lawyer. Also, check the monthly invoice because many unecessary charges. Would not recommend this lawyer in an adversarial divorce because she will take the path of least resistant and drag the process out costing you a lot of money.
