This lawyer assisted in helping the person who had power of attorney over my mother During the first three months of my mother's illness she had 6 surgeries,was on intense amounts Of pain medications, and was barely aware of her surroundings. and yet this attorney had no problem helping the dpoa sign over our home to her estranged brother, along with my mom's vehicle. She then helped the dpoa write an entire new will giving her husband all assets! My mom and I were very close, she brought me up alone(which I know was not easy). I saw her original will just before all this happened and my family as well as many others know her intent was for me to inherit all of her assets. I deeply question this lawyers moral compass. I have tried contacting her to no avail. Does anyone know how I would proceed here? I just want to honour my mother's final wishes, this is tearing me up inside.
