Seems to get distracted too easily. Communication is horrible, continually have to pursue for an update. Otherwise, very knowledgeable.

The sad thing is I think he could have done a great job if he put any effort at all in my case. He is very smart, and he talks a good game but he always seems distracted, never seemed to know what was going on and BS'ed his way through everything.
