On 3/21, Thomas wrote this comment. He is a recent graduate of U Mass Amherst and an analyst in Boston at a large mutual fund company. He is not a client of mine. He applied for an apartment that I manage with his policeman father cosigning. He was accepted with his potential roommates. After being accepted, he demanded a 50% reduction in the rent which was naturally denied. After that, he went on this rant and never moved in.

The best way I can describe this guy is that he is a scum bag, has no regard for human life and is super difficult to deal with especially during the current COVID Pandemic, I know of 3 current college students he refuses to work with even though they are going through tough times because of the pandemic.
