Did Rebecca get me a divorce? Eventually. Did Rebecca answer all my questions? Mostly. Did Rebecca help me have contact with my children during more than a year of legal standstill? Not at all. Did Rebecca willfully take a new retainer she knew wouldn't actually be needed and refuse to refund it? Unequivocally,YES.
So there you go. I may not have received a refund due to being FORCED into LEGALLY just giving this attorney money, but I can leave reviews that attest to what I experienced.

Mrs.Parker is a horrible layer. she bills you for everything sending/receving emails and calls. sending letters. she wants a hunk of money up front and then asks for more money down the road. She doesnt help with anything or do what you ask her to do she wants to find a way around things and wont agree with you she handled my child custody case and its still going on and she is asking for more money after i paid her 1700. to get things taken care of. i paid her to do what i wanted her to say and do and she didnt. and i was very upset with her service.and if you dont pay ur atty fees she will drop you like a fly and you are left with out a lawyer to speak for you. so dont go to her she is a waste of time AND MONEY.

You could probably represent yourself better. Very lazy really only wants to settle will not fight for you. Her billing practices are horrible will bill you sixteen dollars even if she states she tried to call and got no answer and then when you complain will withdraw from case after you have already paid her a fortune. She is only interested in how much she can bill you and how little work she can get by with.
