I am so happy I decided to contact David Plunkett and have him represent me in a complicated property case. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He was always easy to contact, kept me updated on my case, and I got a wonderful result. The case was complicated and involved a zoning issue. David knew the law and the local municipality involved. We prevailed with the Board. David actually saved me a lot of time and money as I went to another attorney beforehand who gave me some bad advice. I would highly recommend David. He is helping me with another matter now and I wouldn't use anyone else for all my legal needs

I initially contacted David in March 2016 regarding on going development on my back yard property line. I spoke with him briefly regarding a planning board decision and he provide an optimistic outlook at that time and he said he could help in the future if need be. In July when I really needed help I tried to contact him for a potential building permit appeal. He did not respond to 2 email messages or 3 calls to his admin over approximately 2 weeks. Not even the professional curtesy of a simple reply. His admin said "he has been busy." Who isn't these days. That is all I needed to know about potentially working with David and have sought help elsewhere. Glad I found out sooner than later.
