He was hired for basic paperwork filing and jurisdiction transfer and after he received his retainer money, we only heard from him once to provide a draft that had the wrong wife as the petitioner. He claimed he had to change his email address after a state bar complaint was filed after no response for nearly a year, but somehow forgot to update me on the apparent change of address, considering i was living overseas and this was my only way to stay in contact. In the end paperwork was never filed and jurisdiction never changed, hard earned money down the drain donated to basically to provide Mr. white an opportunity to practice drafting a legal document.

Mr. White may be qualified, but he did not communicate clearly with us during our case. (It was a child support payment issue, which resulted in no resolution.)He charged additional expenses, without advising us prior to the fact. The first we learned of the additional fees was after the court judgement. When we questioned them, he threatened to go through a collections process. Again, we have no reason to question Mr. Whites ability, but his communications skills are sorely lacking. We would not recommend him.

Worth talking to him! Tim helped me with taking parental rights away and adopting my daughter. One call and you will be grateful that you to the time to chat with him.
