She was given to me, but I should've read Google first. She's my son's GAL and isn't doing her job.. Ignoring court orders, ME, and disrespecting my baby by doing so. Never! Would I spend money on this woman

This poor excuse served as a GAL in cuyahoga county juvenile court...she was suppose to come to my house for a supervisory visit. She never called or came, and LIED to the judge putting it on me and my work schedule. One Of The Fathers and my kids' grandmother filed on me. The magistrate told all of us in court that their grandmother was only allowed one day out the month for visitation. Alix Wintner tried to get me to agree more time, and I wasn't on it. The judge said it was up to the wishes of the parents. Alix witner tried to ignore my rights and my feelings as a parent, as if she was favoring them over me! I can care less about how she felt about me, but im no about to let some attorney who act as though they got their degree out of a rocker jacks box bully her way! I want to complain about her. It took a lot out of me to restrain from cussing her out! I don't care If it was free, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Previous reviewer was accurate. Alix does not return calls or follow through. I wish I would have seen this site before I got her as an attorney.

its like pulling teeth to get any communication from this woman..she just ignores you..does not return texts, phone calls etc...going through a divorce or any othher situation regarding the expertise of a lawyer is scary and stressful you cannot rely on this woman to help shame on her

Not worth the time or money. Does not follow up or follow through. Is not accurate in her reportings and attempts to charge more than she states up front with additional hidden charges. Would not reccomend her to anyone I know.

alis is the biggest waste of space i have ever seen. i have been waiting over three weeks for any communication back from her. she didn't include all of my debts for my bankruptcy - and when i had asked about one specifically, she said "yeah, i got it." she didn't. i have called so many times her receptionists know my voice when they answer the phone. on a scale of 1-10 i rate her a -7

I think she should be dis barred she came to my pre trial hearing un prepared just had sat on my case. she was dificault to reach and lied about how many times we met. She was un professional in the way that she handled case she discussed my case out in the open no respect for my privacy. She gave advised that was misleading and totally did not try to negogiate fully on my behalf regarding property

Alix served as my child's guardian in my case. She did a great job. Alix is very knowledgably. She did the investigation and made the recommendation best to the child to the court. I looked at her bill, she never overcharged me. As everyone knows, it is very hard to find a lawyer who will do the job and not overcharge you. The only thing I am not very sure about her is communication, but when I met with her face to face, she was very nice, patient, respectful and easy to talk. I don't have any complain about this lawyer.
I highly recommend this lawyer. Definitely you need to schedule a consultation session with her to make your own judgment if you are looking for a lawyer for your family issue.
