I hired Charles Olchowski to help probate my mother's estate. After paying him $3000.00 dollars and waiting YEARS, I fired him. He filed very little, never completed the work, lied to me about his progress, and wasted my time, patience, and any faith I might have had in his profession. He is unreliable and untrustworthy. I did not receive back any monies, any receipts, nor any resolution for my mother's estate. He is a good talker but an awful attorney. I have since filed a complaint against Charles Olchowski with the Massachusetts Bar Counsel. I was not shocked to find out it was not the first disciplinary action taken against him. I now only wish I had the wherewithal to seek reviews of him before I lost so much.
