He is bad. Took $500 from me wrote one letter. Could not get in touch with him for 17 days too late for help as court in 2 days. He was very rude and hung up on me.

David Ribeiro scams his clients. He is an old man with absolutely NO conscience. Unfortunately, State Bar allows him to still practice. How much more will heaven allow him to take advantage of people in need, innocently come to him for help?

Read his profile he gives you when he first takes your case (I know the law, and that's the only thing I know). He takes a down payment, and a monthly fee. The only law he knows is how to get away with ripping off his clients. He sat on my case for over six months, Was super RUDE to my friend and I in person and on the phone. He did absolutely on my case. When our relationship was terminated he gave me back about a quarter of what I gave him. He kept getting on the phone and pretending to be his associate. He has got to be one of the worst lawyers around. I don't know how the state bar lets him practice.

I hired this attorney and I have to say that im super happy. He won my case and gave me exactly what I asked for. I recommend this attorney 100%. Very professional

I can't believe the Bar association recommends him, he is nothing but a thief and very rude.. Filed a complaint against him and hopefully no one uses his services.. He is mental, he calls you and says he is a messenger, but little does he know we know its him I caught him in a lie..His job title is Liar not Lawyer..

At instance of the discussion is Mr. Ribeiro suing me and at one point his primary issue at hand was I remove my YELP review. I find it to be a frivalous suit. I don't think it wise to hire an attorney who will not only go against your own best wishes but when you complain turns around and sues you.

This attorney should not be allowed to practice law! He ripped me off for $5,000. 00 -- screwed up my case and then brought in an attorney friend who was on suspension by the CA Bar. Riberio wanted me pay this other attorney another $2000, which I refused to do. I then fired Riberio's ass and sued him for malpractice which was settled out of court! This guy should have stayed in police work---he is a horrible attorney!!!
