I recently had a custody and parenting time matter which I lost before with another attorney. I decided to go with Dina and see if I could get more time with my children. WELL IT WORKED! Not only did I get more time, I got share custody of my children. I now see my children on all my days off from work!! If you are looking for a great attorney for custody matters or divorce call her office. She will fight for you. Her office is awesome too. I wish I went to her first and I would never have been without my kids.

Dina poses herself as an expert in family law. I went to her for a simple divorce. She totally misinformed me. I know this because I stopped the divorce proceedings with her and went to another attorney, who advised me the complete opposite of things she told me. I am now divorced. And my new attorney was 100% correct and Dina was 100% incorrect. It was like she was working for my ex-husband, not me. And to boot, charged me $2800. for her lack of knowledge. When asked for a refund for her total lack of misrepresentation, she obviously stood by her bill. Surprise. And my new lawyer, that did everything correct, charged half what she did. If you need a good lawyer, don't go to Dina, go to Dawn Leeds, Esq., Paulsboro, NJ.

I used Dina in my 1st divorce cause back in 2002 by referral from her own family that I was mutually connected with. She seemed arrogant slightly but was hoping that was good way as in confidence, my case was easy she didnt need to do much sich 1st lawyer did most. I was overall satisfied therefore I contacted her most recently in 2011. Made 2 calls already and no courtesy of call back for evena previous client, guess she doesnt need the business and to boot she wants to charge $175 fee for consultation when most attorneys waive that!

I have never in my life met a lawyer such as Dina Gattoso. In a year hasn't talked to me or called me back or filed for court. No matter how many times you call she's never available. She now has thousands of my dollars that is owed back to me for work not filed and neglect. I have reported her to the Judge on this case and I will contact anyone I can to get help. It's pretty sad when you have to hire a lawyer to sue your own lawyer. Whats's going on. She has a very rude paralegal working for her, probably family and personally she'll get what she deserve.

I have seen a few to put it mildly Very unhappy clients. Of Dina Gattuso Who bascley have been lied to .She does not prepare you for court If she even tell's you there is a court date. Her paraleagle pretends to be Dina She told me that Dina was the only Lawyer in N.J. that had gotten custody of the husband's kid's Than all of a sudden she sends in a request to wife's lawyer for custdy Sends court papers to me a month later Any one interested get in touch with me njtweetybird43@aol.com

I was very pleased with the experience I had with Ms Gattuso's office. I found her and her staff to be very professional and helpful. I would advise anyone who needs help in family law to utilize her services. Her knowledge helped to save me a lot of money.
