Afraid to deal with issues appropriately and in an efficient manner. Fails to follow instructions. fails to provide required paper work and BILLING INFO in a timely and correct financial cost billing.Does not cater to client's needs. Let's a case drag on and does not know how to nor care to do so effectively. Much to be concerned about here!!!

Daniel Mol took my $6,300 for 6 hours meeting all together including the appeal. The judge told him to put his phone away while the session is on going. Very unprofessional, cold and showing no interest in my case. He never speak enough to convince the judge. He is for the cash only.

i had Daniel Mol help me with a case, we didnt win the case, but we were adament about proving beyond a reasonable doubt, i think we succeeded, but it proved otherwise, he's a great lawyer and very strong believe in giving everyone a fair chance

Mr.Daniel Mol has always been very professional and reliable. I have never had any bad experiences with Mr. Mol, infact - despite his bad press, the people who have had perfect experiences reglected to praise him,most people once they walk out of the court room - they end all communications.

I have consulted Dan Mol on several issues over the last year or so, both family and criminal. I found that he has a pretty thorough knowledge of family and criminal law, more so than some of the other lawyers I have dealt with. You will do well to hire him. I notice that there are some negative reviews from other posters. Most likely these are family law clients (which is a very emotional area). Often times in family law, a lot of their dissatisfaction comes from the process itself and the breakup with their spouse rather than their lawyer.

This lawyer about results. No BS phone calls or meetings just to the point. Daniel handled a couple of items for me and did a perfect job. This guy all business and not a winer. Recommended for more complex issues.

Completely agree with the previous two reviews. Poor communication, was not apprised of the case and made no efforts to become versed in it however quick to make assumptions and judgements. Responsiveness was fantastic until our retainer cheque was cashed then months would go by with no progress. Knowledgeable but this does clients no good if applications are not submitted and progress is not achieved.

We thought Mr. Mol would work for us but he was in better comunications with the other party (the father of my child) special in court. We could save our money because we would do a better job without Mr. Mol what we did in the end.
