never returns your calls and when he does he yeses you to death.leads you on to think that he is working on your problem but never does.made a discovery about brian and after that our relationship went down.waited 3 months for him to work on something and never did.guess he took to heart what i found out,didnt matter to me but i guess it did to him

went to brian when my mother passed away,did a good job,went to him again when my father in law passed, alot of problems.felt he was stalling and not being honest just was brushing me away and made it quite clear that he was no longer interested in handling my case. I think Brian has some hard feelings as to what I said about the matter, being a real estate attorney i felt he was not qualified to handle my situation,or thats how he perceived it in my eyes.time has passed since that incident and i have reached out to brian for other matters, asked if he could do a conservatorship,he said he would,he sat on it for 3 months and did nothing,clearly he still has hard feelings.
