Don't do it please! His associate victor Cardoza asked me to commit fraud and pretend I was ok just to settle case. He further instructed that I could slip n fall at work so my health insurance would pay. The don't return calls and a friend got stuck with 63,000 in bills they never paid!

They are terrible and they don't pay your medical bills! I would never recommend them or his affiliates Fasset n Cardoza!
