Almost 2 years before the statute of limitations this firm dropped me. Didn't even give me time to look for another lawyer to represent me. I got rear ended by a kid with no drivers license and kthis firm didn't even help me to mfix my car. Never did a thing to help me and just wasted my time. My mistake was I didn't do my homework before i hired this firm. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do a research and read the reviews on the internet so you'll see what kind of a joke this firm is. Never again. Be safe

DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM. They are not reputable in any honest review, most of there reviews which are laden with praise are not from real clients. We signed on for there representation on friday evening at closing and chose to cancel representation on Monday. 2 weeks later we received a large bill for 1100.00. They already knew the specifics of our case, which was all in our favor as the other party's auto insurance had taken full responsibility so they knew we would be getting a settlement. What type of "WORK" was done on my file if they are closed on weekend to charge us $1100.00. This is deceptive, thievery and just pure lies . They rigged there billing to show fantasy "work" that was never done. READ ALL REVIEWS ONLINE AND FORM A PROPER OPINION . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

Mr. Kutner and his staff helped me when I was in an auto accident on a bus. Me and my wife lost everything because of the accident. But Mr. Kutner' s staff were helpful and helped us get the settlement we deserved. I'm glad we were represented by him. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I got another4k more than expected. Very nice employees most speak spanish. I am now waiting for more money from my um insurance. They say another 5k

Adam Kutner's firm did not give me good service at all. They purposely stalled and delayed paying my main medical bill for about a year. despite my patience and several requests for them to do so, The medical office personnel rep had to go to Kutner's office in person, and they STILL tried to delay payment of the medical bill that was owed. I truly regreted having agreed to let Kutner's firm represent me.

Don't do it please! His associate victor Cardoza asked me to commit fraud and pretend I was ok just to settle case. He further instructed that I could slip n fall at work so my health insurance would pay. The don't return calls and a friend got stuck with 63,000 in bills they never paid!

terrible law office..never did actually talk to an attorney, only a legal assistant....they didn't follow up on anything....unable to contact them by phone....i was in an auto accident with a large interstate trucking company's truck and retained this law office....the truck driver got ticketed for failure to yield/running stop sign (accident was witnessed by no less than 10 state troopers as it happened when the truck left the inspection station)....yet this law office didn't do anything

This lawyer is a CROCK. He does not work for your best interest. His firm gives misguided information and they never told me updates about my case. I ended up firing him and getting a new lawyer only to find out adam kutner settled WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! I was hit and ran over. When I was with his firm, they told me the judge would not rule for more and that I could not have a civil suit after. I had only signed the paperwork for negotiations..not to settle. I fired him, got a new lawyer, only to find out that adam kutners firm went behind my back and settled without my knowledge or consent..therefor pushing everything till next year to get it fixed. Hes firm is pointless and not at all trustworthy or worthwhile.
