This attorney made mistakes that hurt my case. She's extremely disorganized and lost important paperwork. She allows her personal matters to interfere with her clients cases. Beth Herr cannot be trusted to do what's in the best interest of your children in family court.

Beth handled my divorce in an efficient and professional manner. I am satisfied with the settlement and have used her for will and special need and personal trusts. She is very knowledgeable and experienced.

She was ok in the beginning but really didn't get anything special for the divorce. After the divorce was over, we paid $350 (approx) went to her office to get some answers about the divorce agreement and her office was a mess and she could not find the file. She did keep the check, however.
