Horrible! I used him on two occasions and he did his best to do as little as possible. He constantly made excuses and advocated the opposing sides position to me his client. The only reason I was able to prevail was because of my case's merits alone. His utter lack of effort and personal responsibility are very evident as he continues to hide behind his "credentials" from Harvard and UT Law School. His degrees should be revoked!

Childhood drama indeed, he is a waste of a human being. Can't believe he's still partnered with someone. He's been suspended, has judgments against him, people complain that he works for the other side, he's abusive, no confidentiality, lacks ethics for sure. Been reported to the bar more than once, but marinated in booze so no one in Wm. Cty will pull him over and he does law favors for them. And he'll cheat you out of money by pulling a bait-and-switch with the contract he makes you sign before forking over thousands of dollars that you will never see again. Stay away from this law firm. He's bad news...

I worked at the courthouse when I decided to get divorced so I knew the local attorneys personally. I chose Felix Rippy to handle my divorce because of his reputation and my personal experience and was very pleased. It is my understanding that he is now board-certified in family law.

Rippy will work for the other party. He admits not looking out for 'your' best interest, he claims to be all about 'justice' and the 'interest of the children'. Results in a one sided defense. He will pre-judge you. He cannot be trusted with confidential information. He forwards general correspondence e-mail to the 'Independent party'. What should have been a clear cut case filled with spouse, abuse was turned into a win for the apposing litigating party. It is my opinion that this 'lawyer' is corrupt, and goes against fundamentals set by the bar. Some of his tactics have been explained to me as a way to draw out a case to keep feeding the money machine. I believe that he clearly lacks any hint of ethics. I don't know what childhood drama has morbidly skewed his judgment. He talks about ethics but doesn't really seem to grasp the meaning. The Google search engine has been overwhelmed with adds to drown out any real information Mr. Henderson and his firm. Be warned!
