HIRED THIS ATTORNEY TO SETTLE A TENANT/ISSUE- CURRENTLY HAS DONE NOTHING BUT TAKE MY FILING FEE. WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS -HAS NOT TO MY KNOWLEDGE FILED THE SUIT. I WILL START A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE TX BAR ASSOC TOMORROW. NO COMMUNICATION-HAVE TRIED MANY TIME TO CONTACT HIM HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AT ALL POSSIBLE SITES, VOICE MAILS, ETC ALL IN VAIN.
