I asked for a breakdown of fees when $200 was missing amongst. In response to that simple and reasonable question, he literally called me "a*hole" in an email and sent that email to me, ostensibly accidentally. He apologized when I wrote to him that I was sorry for him who insults people in writing while letting him know that I actually received that email. Needless to say, the emotional damage could hardly get fixed with an apology. One usually expects a lawyer to behave more appropriately and with higher level of sensitivity.

As a Real Estate Lawyer, it is difficult to be different and to provide added value to clients. But David McClean found a way, and my clients love it. David goes to clients' homes to sign the documents. No more parking on a busy street, waiting in a lobby, finding a babysitter for the kids, taking time off work. All happens at the clients' home, at a convenient time. Plus, his legal fees are very competitive, and the home visit is included at no extra charge. I recommend David to all my clients.

If you are looking for a lawyer who ignores your e-mails most of the times and who can't communicate with you normally - look no more. David McLean is the one! He gets the job done,eventually, but it leaves you with a bitter taste of lack of interest and professionalism.
Definitely NOT recommended!

Not a good experience. Bad communication and he office is almost impossible to reach on the phone. The minimum work is done to make their money and my deed took forever to get.

David helped me with my house purchase, and while it was a rushed job, he was very eager to help me and got everything done within the tight time constraints. His secretary was available whenever I called, and responded to emails within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use David's services again!

I dealt with this lawyer for my mother's will and my brother's estate. He was late for every appointment, charged way to much for his work and worst of all, lied about having filed the papers to have me appointed as my brother's estate administrator.

My girlfriend and I used this David McLean as our lawyer for the purchase of a our first house and were really disappointed, with the quality of work we got. It took us months to get our final documents back, every time we called his assistant (who was pretty rude) would tell us they were in the mail. He seemed impatient with us and our questions as first time buyers. We wouldn't go back.
