If I could rate him at less than a 1 I would. He never returns calls, is completely unprepared when he goes to court, and is rude. After I fief him over a month ago, I am still fighting to get the remainder of my retainer fee returned, even though it was put in writing when I fired him.

He was a awful lawyer! Met with another attorney and I spoke more than he did. He never returned me calls, and over charged me $2500 for a process should have cost $500. I sent him faxes so he would communicate with me cause he would not return my phone calls, and he charged me for reading them. He mailed my information to the the opposing counsel I was trying to sue. Also all his secretaries hated him; not a nice guy! His boss Steve Taylor does not even care that this guy screws up clients cases. This is suppose to be a Christian organizaiton(Steve Taylot group) to help people but they do not care at all; especially Atty. Powers! He is into get as much money as he can for doing NOTHING!
