	2/16/11	3	1	3	3	3	I hired them in 2009 for a name change - paid the full amount up front that they told me would be my part. Over a year later I got a bill and a collections letter. Turns out they used the money I paid them to pay another agency to do the footwork and then billed me again to pay for the court fee (that was suppose to be covered by my origional payment). I have to pay them now or they will ruin my credit.
