I had a very bad experience in my dealings with Mr. Ryan. He had very limited knowledge in what should have been basic legal matters and procedures. He allowed many other staff members to research and double charge for their efforts. What should have been a simple estate matter took almost four years to settle due to the office's poor communication and business practice. The final cost was astronomical. Buyer beware.
