I've had a contentious relationship with my ex-husband who has fought me for years to not pay child support. Even though I hired Curt Arnel, during a very difficult time in my life, I have to say, that it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very professional, and caring, at the same time.

Mr. Arnel handled my divorce this past year. Curt made me feel completely at ease and explained everything as we went along, so i was never in the dark as to how things were going. Curt was able to "bond" with the other attorney which seemed to be key in negotiating a good settlement. His vast accounting background was also essential in negotiating a good settlement. Once I made the mistake of representing myself but after hiring Curt and having him represent me, I was always completely comfortable and confident walking into a court room. I believe Curt's court room presence, manner, and positive reputation gives all of his clients a leg up when being represented by him. My divorce was tough, but through it all, Curt walked me through the process. He really advocated for what I needed and ultimately got me the results that I wanted/needed. Curt Arnel to the rescue! Curt rescued me from a sinking ship. I was having a bad experience with my previous divorce lawyer and was really nervous about switching lawyers halfway through. My friend recommended I speak with Curt and I am thankful. Curt took the time to understand my situation and then went to work straightening out the mess. Mr. Arnel handled my recent divorce. I received his name from a friend that was quite happy with her divorce settlement that he had just negotiated. My case was quite a bit more involved, being as how my ex was fighting me for custody of my 2 minor children. Not only did Mr. Arnel get me a wonderful settlement. He was very fair in his billing practice. But best of all HE GOT ME FULL CUSTODY OF MY 2 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN!!

Mr. Arnel and his staff provided me with fantastic representation in a difficult case. They were patient with me and explained exactly what the law required and when Mr. Arnel went to court he was the master of the courtroom, totally in charge and he made the other lawyer seem unprepared. I got the results I wanted, and he made me feel very comfortable and showed me respect from beginning to the end. The court system is frequently inefficient and slow, but Mr. Arnel was persistent and showed great skill and experience in this tough case. Not very Good takes a long time to get your divorce finalize. Don't use this guy. Paid him 3100.00 up front only to be still waiting 1 year later.

I would not recommend this lawyer. I hired him once and he kept charging me a $1000.00 for just showing up to make an adjournment. I was going through a difficult custody case and every time I asked him a question he would be sarcastic or rude.

Curt Arnel really came to my rescue in my time of need. I was in a messy divorce case and my prior attorney was in over his head. I switched to Curt Arnel and he was able to win the case for me, including winning custody of my children and a very sizeable child support amount each month. Curt seemed to know exactly what to do, and how to handle my spouse who was lying and making false allegations against me. Mr. Arnel and his staff painstakingly prepared to expose my ex's lies, and that showed the judge and the law guardian for the children what the real truth was regarding the best interests of my kids. From that point on the case was won and the result was in my favor. My children are so happy that it is over and they are back to a normal life and doing well in school again. If anyone needs to really fight out a tough case, I can personally tell you that Curt Arnel is a fighter and he certainly delivered a great result for me. I can't say it was fun, but at least I won!

Mr. Arnel was extremely helpful and successful in fully obtaining the kind of settlement and resolution that I needed. He is a strong advocate for his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance with a divorce or family situation. Importantly, he was responsive at all times to the many phone calls and inquiries I made as the case proceeded…always getting back to me quickly. He knows the law and the court system and process thoroughly. He was also always sensitive to and understanding of the many personal issues that accompanied my problem.
I felt throughout that he was on my side and that he wouldn’t let me down, and he did not. I think that Mr. Arnel does excellent work, with wonderful results.

I just came from a consultation with this attorney. After waiting an hour to see him (despite having an appointment scheduled in advance), he seemed more concerned with getting to his waiting lunch than in listening to what I had to say. He was rude, dismissive and condescending. Don't waste your time with this guy because all he will do is make you feel like you are wasting his.

This was my first time hiring an attorney, and this was the worst choice I could have ever made. This attorney was more for the other party than me. He took my money to make an appearance in court not represent me. He never even mentioned to the referee my situation on why we were there in the first place. He would have done a better job if he represented the other party. I made a very bad choice.
