Don't be fooled ! This lawyer is not your advocate, he is a fraud. He games his clients to max-out fee expenditures while knowing he and client are chasing an unlikely legal outcome. At the same time client will find themselves with little, if any, negotiating leverage throughout proceedings on account of the blatant, (probably intentionally) reckless conduct of this lawyer. Every time he opens his bombastic mouth, takes his bluster to paper, or writes (poorly) an email, it is first and foremost for his fee benefit, and not for the client. Inarticulate before the judge, sloppy in drafting and communications, no feel for or execution of real world practical outcomes. Puts his foot in his mouth at every opportunity and invoices client for doing so ! Clearly loves the dual role of saboteur and "advocate"! The "Donald Trump" of family law !

My opinion: Find someone else. Too expensive and out of touch with what real (not rich) people are going through. My ex did way better with a flat fee attorney, spending a third of what I spent. Billable minutes add up super fast. He does provide very good emotional support, but you can't take that to the bank.

only cares about billable hours...strong writing skills but horrible verbal skills in the courtroom...awful litigator...does not have clients best interest at heart, only cares about being liked by other side...promised favorable results at court which were unrealistic because the judges follow legal guidelines and wasserman did not advise me of this

I was on the other side so I faired well in court but it was not worth the win for the damage that this lawyer did by giving my x enough bad advice to use up her money while destroying any hope of a relationship in the future. The children will suffer for years because of the selfish stupid advice that this lawyer gave to his client. He was terrible in court and was an embarresment to his firm and client.

Just out to make money. Cares more about his personal life than his clients. Does not prepare well, poor litigator. Very poor results.

Very expensive. I was billed over $200,000 in 4 months to get ready for trial. He was sure we would fare well, he advised to move ahead with trial and I had to get an appellate attorney to reverse the decision.Then he filed a charging lien for $60,000 and withdrew after the decision was made by the judge.
