R. Michael Cole IS EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL. This man absolutely feels that he has NO OBLIGATION to do ANYTHING at all!!! He does not show up for his court hearings...and they just keep getting passed and passed and continued. He will not answer calls from anyone..NOT EVEN THE COURTHOUSE when he does not show. If the case does not go as he wants in trial...he is done!!! He disobeys any and all rulings from the Judge and again...feels like he doesn't have to answer to anyone. There is such a thing as RULES OF CONDUCT found in Title 5 for attorneys...and he violates ALL OF THEM. That is why he will be having a bar complaint from me. He will have to answer to the Bar. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!!!!

This man will take your money and make promises, and in my case he dropped the ball right at the discovery process. He completely stopped answering my phone calls. He pushed me into signing under threat of paying the other attorney's fees. All this because he screwed up and refused to fix it or even withdraw from my case so i could fix it. FATHERS do not trust you case, money and more important your kids to this man. You will lose on all three areas.
