Mr. Ziegler was to hold the $2000 till a pre negotiated small claims matter was to be formally withdrawn. He released the money before the court released the case. When I complained, he sent me an email telling me to file a grievance against him and told me that the small claims court in CT is too busy to send me a notice. 1. You are wrong about the small claims court. They send notices in a timely manner. 2. Why be so nasty about it, when it is so easy to do the right thing...release the funds when I get the papers from the court, which was EXACTLY what you told me that you would do. A lawyer who does not keep his words, go figure.
