All she cares about is running up billable hours. Very unorganized, with her in charge of our divorce it took 3 1/2 years to finalize. I would rather defend myself than use her again.

Elaine was my divorce attorney in 2003. She worked with me for a year and a half before hand. She knew I was upset,confused, and dragging my feet! She always communicated in a timely fashion! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, smart, and articulate. Since then, I have used her for other legal matters. My experience over the years remains the same. Elaine raised her price per hour a few years back. The increase was not much and it was after many years of not raising it at all! I will continue to consult with Elaine Tassi and use her services in the future as well as recommend her highly! Thanks Elaine for everything you have done and will continue to do on my behalf!

I retained Elaine in my divorce and felt she was very knowledgeable. My phone calls and concerns were answered promptly and she was always friendly and courteous. I understood her billing charges and felt they were fair for the problems she handled for me.

Had a settlement meeting with my spouse and the opposing attorney. She said maybe 10 words in whole meeting. I essentially represented myself. No understanding of Cobra insurance rules. Strictly money driven. The woman is a hack.

There are many bad lawyers in the notorious "law industry". This one is definitely one of them. She is just a money slave. Overcharge is definitely for her. Maximizing her gain cold-bloodedly is her only purpose after signing contract with her. "Ethic" is not in her dictionary.

I had bad experience with this lawyer too. She looked nice intially. She does not care about you. Think twice if you really want to do business with her. Think about why she is still rated as BV level lawyer at her age.

I hired Elaine Tassi for a long and difficult divorce. She is very attentive. I interviewed 4 other attorneys before choosing her. She is prepared for all situations and never leaves you hanging. Elaine has always returned my calls and has expert advice. My case is not finished yet and I really dont think I could have picked a better attorney!

If you have money to bure, hire this It looks like Mrs. Tassi is knowledable, but she use that knowlede to get big money from you. Also she has a very strong personality. If she feels you are not happy because of her inappropariate handling. Primiarily your trouble get bigger and bigger, then she will start to use her expertise to against you. Be very careful.
