I got arrested by the County Sheriff's Department for Drinking and Driving. Of the three lawyer's I meet with, Mr. Lockard was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and he got my DUI lowered to a traffic ticket with no points on my driving record (or insurance for that matter).

I had to get an attorney for a charge that should have been easy to beat. Well, to say the less he charged my 700 dollars and DID NOT do anything for me! I was in my bosses truck come home from work and pulled over for a head light out. In doing so, the truck got searched and they found my bosses medicine in the truck. Nothing was on me or even by me and I was never charged with anything and the cop let me go. I tried to ask him to get my bosses perscription and he had two week to do so and never did. Eight months later I got charged with the medicine and had to serve 20 days in jail, 430 dollars in findes, 30 hours of community service, and a year and a half of probation. I think that if I would have gotten someone who know half of what they where doing the case would have been dropped. Plus my reciept was on a line piece of paper and his office was almost near to empty. I will never recommend Andrew R. Lockard to anyone!!!
