Jean and her associates are great advocates for their clients. They are tough when they need to be but also encourage clients to come to an agreement whenever possible to avoid long drawn out battles. I highly recommend this firm.

In my opinion- WORST LAWYER POSSIBLE, I paid Jean and her team over $12,000 to do nothing more then shuffle papers. She was an absolute rip off, smart enough to charge for everything and really do nothing. Her office is in a dump of a building and the front door being locked all the time should be a good indication of what kind of service you will get. I feel she delayed every thing possible and did not perform a divorce in a timely manner, I ended up having to switch attorneys because of how UNSATISFIED I was. Great communication at $70 (minimum) a phone call, great at not having the info you need and says she will call you back and start the clock all over again. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE RETAINING HER. Check more reviews and think about how many GREAT reviews she has but many seem to be dated around the same time ?seems odd if you ask me? I would rather stay married to a person I hate then have to use Jean again.

Jean Mahserjian’s office was recommended to me by several acquaintances that all had direct positive experiences. I found their office to meet and exceed all of the expectations I had. If you are going to see an attorney it is not always for the most pleasant reasons. Jean was great in explaining all that I needed to know and more importantly listening to my concerns and adapting the general direction and demeanor of her techniques to fit my concerns. Jean and her staff’s wealth of knowledge and experience were critical in helping me to come to a positive resolution in a timely manner for the matter I was involved in. I would highly recommend Jean Mahserjian.

I was represented a few years ago in a divorce, and they did an ABSOLUTELY amazing job with a very tough situation. I needed some help with filing for custody of my daughter about 6 months ago and reached out to them and sat with Jean and she guided me through what my options were. The best part was she listened and was the most concerned about my daughter and what was right for her. She set me up with one of her attorney's there that was more familiar with the county I had to file in and after meeting with her (Jennifer) we sat and drew up the paperwork and filed. Throughout this stressful time the entire staff there was so helpful every step of the way and would respond so quickly with advice if needed. In late November I was awarded custody, now that was priceless.

I have know Jean Mahserjian for over 20 years and never had an issue with the quality of her work product or legal costs. I recently hired Jean to handle a tax matter for me last month and the experience I had during the process is reflected above in my excellent ratings. I also worked with Jean in her capacity as corporate council to the Clifton Park Industrial Development Agency. On each occasion over the past 10 years, Jean represented the Agency in an efficient and reliable manner without any further litigation required. I am certainly in a possition to highly recommend Jean on all matters that relate to her expertise and practice.

I have recomended Jean to 5-6 friends. Everyone has been very happy with the results. There were 3 things that I really liked about the service:
1) Jean's ability to explain the process and strategy took a lot of stress out of the event
2) Her deep local experience gives her client an edge in understanding what to expect from the various people, organizations and agencies they will encounter during the process.
3) I was very pleased with Jean's attempts to keep the legal expenses down

She promised an IRS solution for $1500 from start to finish in 8 weeks. She called them twice for a total of 10 minutes and then told me she needed more money to file a new 6 page form. Her assisstant did way more for me the she did. I got NO resolution and had to declare bankruptcy. This woman is not a good tax attorney and she is dishonest. She will take advantage of desperate people and promise them resolution. I feel like I have been robbed!
